What is the BRRRR method
with real estate investing?
The BRRRR method stands for Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat. It's a strategy where investors purchase distressed properties, fix them up, rent them out, refinance to recover their capital, and use that money to repeat the process and grow their portfolio.

How is BRRRR different from traditional real estate investing?
Unlike traditional investing, where you tie up a lot of cash in each property, BRRRR allows you to recycle your capitalby pulling money back out during refinancing. This means you can keep investing with the same initial funds, helping you scale faster.

Does BRRRRkey only have properties in Memphis, TN?
As of right now the answer is "yes". However, very soon we will be expanding to other markets within the very near future.

Will BRRRRkey help me find a lender?
Absolutely! We have relationships with plenty of lenders that we use time and time again that are not only the best but quick at getting deals closed as well!

How long will the renovations on my property take?
Typically due to the distressed nature of some of the homes we purchase it can take up to 3 months to completely finish a project. However homes come in different conditions and can be finished in 1 to 2 months in plenty of instances. We have 7 different industrious crews working day and night to get your monthly cash flow goals activated!

How long will it take to find a tenant for my BRRRRkey property?
While there is no exact answer to that question we try to have the property occupied ASAP! We have an amazing in-house property management team that works quickly and diligently every single day to tend to tenants needs as well as getting your property rented out as soon as it is in a livable condition.
